Representative Matters:

• Created, designed, and participated in federal law Election Protection/Voting Rights programs for multiple State Democratic and County Democratic Parties, political candidates, and NGOs. Served as election protection attorney in a dozen U.S. States and Territories.
• Attorney to celebrity actor Sherman Hemsley and consulting attorney to Estate of Sherman Hemsley in defense of unsuccessful challenge to the Estate.
• Negotiated mid-six-figure settlement for a not-for-profit New York Off-Broadway company against former landlord (a multi-million dollar international company) to resolve a case stuck in litigation for 17 years and which parties’ counsel and the court felt could not be settled.
• Routinely negotiates production, talent, licensing, and vendor contracts and offering papers for live theatrical productions nationwide.
• Routinely advises political candidates nationwide with regard to federal election issues, compliance, and political strategy.
• Obtained partial reversal as a matter of law upon appeal of lower court decision granting motion to dismiss a seven-figure personal injury and property damage case (New York First Department, 2017)
• Obtained reversal and remand, as a matter of law, upon appeal of (Arizona Court of lower court decision granting motion to dismiss a seven-figure contract and tort complaint alleging personal liability of former personal representatives in an estate. (Arizona Court of Appeals-Division One, 2017)
